We recently purchased a new trailer from Amir and his service was excellent. He never pushed us to take anything we didn't want to, and was very knowledgeable on the trailer and it's features. Financing was a breeze and was fully completed in 2 hours. I would definitely return in the future.

Where to start. I was honestly blown away at the exceptional service Amir and his wife provided. I highly recommend Outdoor Champs and here's why: Superior product and outstanding customer service. No really, the product line is next level. I took 3 years of research and due diligence before pulling the trigger. I saw Outdoor Champs at the RV show and that's when I decided that North Trail is the trailer for me. Great insulation, king size bed and porcelain toilet. That's not something you get unless you go past 8000lbs dry. Customer service. Amir went the extra mile to accommodate us. He was patient and very friendly. He took his time and answered all our questions and more. He even stayed late to wait for us. Now, this is something you won't get at any other large RV dealership. No hidden fees or costs. Outdoor Champs was honest and to the point. I like that the owner is the sales guy, service guy, finance manager and parts manager. Nothing better than dealing with the owner.
