No really, the product line is next level. I took 3 years of research and due diligence before pulling the trigger. I saw Outdoor Champs at the RV show and that's when I decided that North Trail is the trailer for me. Great insulation, king size bed and porcelain toilet. That's not something you get unless you go past 8000lbs dry. Customer service. Amir went the extra mile to accommodate us. He was patient and very friendly. He took his time and answered all our questions and more. He even stayed late to wait for us. Now, this is something you won't get at any other large RV dealership. No hidden fees or costs. Outdoor Champs was honest and to the point. I like that the owner is the sales guy, service guy, finance manager and parts manager. Nothing better than dealing with the owner. Amir was very helpful and accommodating when I had an urgent roof repair needed. The technician Mike really knew his stuff and did a phenomenal job repairing the roof of our tent trailer. Very glad I don’t need to panic every time it rains anymore!
